But contracts these mean absolute sh1t these days as we have just experienced.

The contract is only good if he has agreed to it. They have offered it to him but it means sh1t if he doesn't agree. Come on FSG, show some balls and make a statement!

Given that Carroll will not be fit until long after the Chelsea game, I think we will struggle to present a large threat up front, as neither Kuyt nor N'Gog are likely to terrorize defenses much, and Suarez will need time to adjust to the different conditions both in terms of league and climate. I feel we will improve as the season wears on, but I can't be certain of us picking up 3 points in any of our next few games. Hopefully the squad will prove me wrong.

With Carra back. we have agger/aurelio for the LB ....kelly on the right,.johnson pushed forward till end of season .more of an attacking threat as well as serve aerial balls to carroll when hes back...hows that
