Sakho Snapchat outburst

Mamadou Sakho has allegedly posted a series of now deleted messages on his Snapchat account which suggest he’s a tad frustrated at being left out of the side.

The outburst happened during the early hours of this morning, probably after a few sherbets, and will no doubt infuriate Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp who called for positivity from everyone associated to the club ahead of today’s game against Hull City.

Sakho turned down a number of loan opportunities in the summer, a decision which angered the Liverpool manager, who claimed this week that the defender was not available for selection because he isn’t match fit – a claim that has clearly rattled the player’s cage.

Speaking at the Hull City pre-match press conference earlier in the week, Klopp said: “He is closer but there is a big difference between match fitness and everything.

“It is not about how the player feels, it is about close I feel he is. It is a long, long time since he played and all the other players have not had a long break so it makes more sense if we use them.”
