PSG stepping up interest in Philippe Coutinho

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly stepping up their interest in Philippe Coutinho.

Reports have started to intensify over the last week or so with the French giants tipped to make a formal offer for the Liverpool ace during the January transfer window.

Additional reports have also emerged from Spain claiming that the player remains interested in signing for Barcelona following suggestions that his agents have previously tried to instigate such a transfer.

Liverpool are aware of the player’s admiration for Barcelona and are said to be monitoring related chatter. But it is currently PSG who are stepping up their interest in Coutinho despite the player having only recently extended his contract.

Real Madrid are another club who are reportedly monitoring his progress.
