No transfer fee agreed for Piotr Zielinski

Liverpool have not agreed a transfer fee with Udinese for Polish midfielder Piotr Zielinski.

Recent reports in Italy claimed that the Reds had agreed a £12million fee for the 22-year-old but those suggestions have been denied by well placed sources closer to home.

Udinese are demanding £15m while Liverpool opened with a £9.5m offer. As yet there has been no apparent progress on that front but negotiations are set to resume.

The player is up for a move to Anfield but has said he wants to focus on his involvement at the Euros and that once that concludes, he will sort out where he’ll be playing next season.
