Sadio Mané has been shortlisted for the African Player of the Year award.
The 24-year-old is up against Islam Slimani (Leicester City), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund), Riyad Mahrez (Leicester City) and Mohamed Salah (Roma).
Mané, who has also been nominated for the BBC African Footballer of the Year award, has proven to be a popular signing for the Reds having scored six goals in 12 appearances already this season since coming in from Southampton in the summer.
The winner of the award will be announced in January.
