Liverpool to step up interest in Antonio Adan

Reports originating from Spain today claim that Liverpool are stepping up their interest in Real Betis goalkeeper Antonio Adan.

The 28-year-old former Real Madrid goalkeeper is attracting interest from Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp who, money permitting, wants to add a new goalkeeper to his squad in the summer.

It is claimed that Adan has a £6.2million release clause in his contract and that Liverpool officials are currently investigating if this is the case.
