A source close to Club Atlético River Plate (Argentina) claims Liverpool have made an enquiry about the availability of their striker Lucas Alario.
The 23-year-old, who has scored 10 goals in 19 appearances this season, has been under observation by Liverpool scouts this season and if you believe the source, the Reds have now registered their interest in him.
It is reported that River Plate want to hold on to the player who was quoted recently as saying: “Tell them to contact me. Given the choice, I’d like to experience the Premier League, and I’d like to play for Liverpool. I always select them when I play football on the PlayStation.”
