Liverpool release Kolo Toure

Kolo Toure has been released by Liverpool Football Club.

The 35-year-old Ivorian leaves Anfield as a free agent as a result of his contract expiring.

Signed from Manchester City on a free transfer 3 years ago, the popular veteran soon became a cult hero at Anfield as a result of his performances and commitment.

We’re sad to see him go and we hope he finds himself a new club for before he hangs up his boots.
