Liverpool linked with late move for Philippe Coutinho

Former Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho looks set for a return to the Premier League before the transfer window slams shut on Thursday.

A number of clubs have finally stepped up with offers for the Brazilian forward after Barcelona accepted that they may have to loan him out for the 2019-20 season after nobody met the Catalan outfit’s initial valuation.

It was claimed last week that Liverpool had made a 2-year loan enquiry for the former Kop favourite. A few days later reports followed stating that Barcelona were looking for a loan fee of £27million alone for the 2019-20 season.
