Nathaniel Clyne and Dejan Lovren have given Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp a boost ahead of Monday night’s game against Manchester United.
The Liverpool duo were involved in a full training session at Melwood on Wednesday as they step up their recoveries.
Clyne (knee) and Lovren (groin) were not involved in any form of international duty during the break with both of them working on their fitness in the hope of being available for selection for the visit of Jose Mourinho’s men.
Doubts remain surrounding Georginio Wijnaldum and Adam Lallana although it’s been a few days since the club have provided any form of update concerning those two.
