Liverpool FC scouts deployed in Barcelona

Liverpool FC scouts have been casting their eyes over a number of Barcelona youngsters.

Kiko Espinar, a Video Analyst and Head of Audiovisual Scouting for Liverpool in Spain and Portugal, has been watching Barca’s B team quite closely recently. Espinar has been attending their Segunda División B games (third level of the Spanish football league) for several weeks at the request of Reds’ boss Jürgen Klopp.

You may have read British media sources stating that Spanish reports claim Liverpool are looking at Marlon Santos, Nili Perdomo, Marc Cardona and Wilfrid Kaptoum but that’s not what is actually reported. The Spanish media report that they are possibilities but state that it is not known who Espinar is focusing on.
