Liverpool arrange Wijnaldum medical

KOPTALK sources claim that an agreement is now in place with Newcastle United for midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum.

There is no official confirmation of such at this time but we can confirm that the club have arranged a medical for an incoming player and we expect that to be the 25-year-old midfielder.

Information posted in the Scouting Department of the KopTalk members website last night stated that Wijnaldum was scheduled to undergo a medical and additional sources have now added to those claims.

A fee of £25million is rumoured to have been agreed along with the structuring of that and player’s personal terms. Providing he passes a medical, he will be confirmed as a Liverpool player in due course.
