Liverpool are hoping to push through the signing of goalkeeper Kamil Grabara from Polish outfit Ruch Chorzow.
The 16-year-old Poland youth international is in talks with the Reds and his club have confirmed that we are trying to recruit him.
Club president Dariusz Smagorowicz is quoted as saying: “Grabara has been with us for 12 years.
“A few months ago we signed a contract with him to keep him until 2018 and now Liverpool want to have him.”
Grabara is due on Merseyside this week to discuss a possible deal and if an agreement is reached, he will undergo a medical. If he passes that then he will of course be heading to Liverpool’s Academy and not Jürgen Klopp’s first team.
It is claimed that Manchester City and Manchester United have also been trying to sign him.
