John Henry’s Nou Camp visit sends Liverpool fans into meltdown

Liverpool owner John W Henry was a VIP guest at the Nou Camp for Barcelona’s La Liga match against Leganes last night.

Henry, who attended the game with excited wife Linda Pizzuti, was spotted in the stadium and their attendance was confirmed by Mrs H, who clearly isn’t the brightest bulb as she took to Twitter to tell everyone how fabulous the stadium was. You can imagine the responses she received from disgruntled Liverpool supporters.

Naturally, Henry’s attendance sparked rumours that he was meeting Barcelona executives following the ongoing speculation concerning Philippe Coutinho’s long-term future. Last week the British media reported that Jürgen Klopp could also be a target for the Catalan giants, so again, you can see why fans went into meltdown overnight.
