Jerome Sinclair close to Watford transfer

Liverpool striker Jerome Sinclair is close to securing a permanent transfer to Watford.

The 19-year-old is out of contract in the summer but Watford are willing to pay a fee now. If Liverpool left it until the summer, we would only be entitled to compensation and Watford would also risk losing him hence why both clubs are willing to do business.

Earlier this month KOPTALK reported that Watford had made an approach for the player who is represented by controversial agent Aidy Ward.

Well placed sources claim that the terms demanded by Sinclair far exceed what the club was willing to pay.

It is claimed that Sinclair had his heart set on a move to Spain.
