FC Sion in talks with Mario Balotelli

FC Sion are trying to sign Mario Balotelli from Liverpool.

The Swiss outfit are looking at a possible loan deal for the 26-year-old controversial striker who is not wanted at Anfield.

Balotelli has received a contract offer and FC Sion’s president Christian Constantin has also confirmed that he has held talks with the player’s representatives in London.

“I can confirm we’re discussing about a possible loan of Balotelli,” said Constantin. “We’re progressing but I can’t say yet if the transfer will be successful or not.”
