Daniel Sturridge is considering leaving Liverpool, according to newspaper reports.
The 27-year-old has reportedly accepted that he is no longer the main man at Anfield under boss Jürgen Klopp and is ready to try himself elsewhere if you believe the reports.
It is claimed that Liverpool would be looking for a fee in the region of £28million for the striker if he was to become available.
The Mirror’s Darren Lewis is the one behind today’s claims. We’ll look into that and these claims in an extended version of this article on our members’ website later today.
West Ham and Stoke have been linked today while Spurs were recently mooted. Arsenal may express an interest if others swoop.
It is suggested that he could leave as earlier as January but some fans may question such a decision without a replacement first being found.
