not me:
before season expected top 8 hoped 4th position
Now expect 12th hope (with roy) there is no hope
(with new manager/radical change hope & expect 5-8th

4 weeks ago, I'd have said, small chance, but a possibility non the less, maqinly due to the fact that absolutely no prem team is playing consistant this season.
Now though?

The way things are going, it could be Wolves and Blackpool in the top four by the end of the season.

I think no fan at this stage thinking of winning the league, unless they are out of their minds. 4th would be a dream this season and I think thats like winning the league for me if we acheive it, I want to see the redss back in the champs league.

this season is a complete write off for me and i hope LFC can finish at least 4th from bottom and not get relegated.

for LFC to be in the CL again(seems like a million years away), Mr henry needs to release funds of at least 100m, on new players or he can kiss by to his £300m investment and a BIG kiss goodbye to reina, torres.

Mr Henry will be happy to receive the 60/70m from the sale of these 2 great players and pocket the dosh.

Im pretty sure all Chelsea fans expect to win the league this year

Roy will win the league this year and the FA cup but it will be on the PS3 at 3am in his underpants

i know loads of fans who expect to win the league this year.

but they are all man united fans.

I think there are only two Club's fans who every season expect to win the league and that's Chelsea and United, I think Arsenal have some fans who think they can win it and City will have fans thinking they can win it because of the money they have spent. I know at the start of every season there are many Liverpool fan's think they can win it and have a bet on them, it's why Freddie Done the bookmaker always offers really good odds on us being Champions because he knows how gullable our fans are, dont forget he's a big United fan and always says he makes most money from scousers because they bet with there hearts instead of there heads. The thing for me which is different from us and those Clubs i have mentioned is that those Clubs all have genuine reasons why they could win it, City coz they spent loads, Arsenal coz they always go close, Chelsea because they have won it recently and have a few bob behind them and United simply because they are Manchester United and thats what they do win loads and loads of leagues all the time. What I dont understand is Liverpool fans think we can win it, because we won it nearly a quarter of a century ago which is a joke, we have only finished 2nd three times in 20 odd years as well never mind actualy winning the thing this is what I mean about how can Liverpool think they can win a league title, even Leeds and Blackburn have won one more recent than us and thats says it all.
