Just thinking the majority of our currentop of players are absolutely crap and don't care about the club, the likes of

Skrtel-Not good enough
Kyrgiakos- Give him to WWE or something, nowhere near a footballer
carragher- lost it, too old
Konchesky-die
Lucas- Not good enough
Kuyt-Not good enough
Poulsen-Not good enough
Cole-only in it for the money/not good enough
maxi- not good enough/fat
N'Gog- not good enough
torres- lost his touch, living on a past reputation
babel- not good enough

we really need a clear out desperately and also a new manager, daglish or o'neil please and start rebuilding or else were going to stay a mediocre club

saying that the only players i haven't mentioned are reina, johnson, agger, gerrard and meiereles, reina's been shaky this season but still top class, johnson should be a right winger, agger is definitely our best cb, gerrard has to stay, our best player and meireles who seems a good player, being played out of position and if he gets time to settle and play in cm he will come good

But would you want Roy to clear out the squad and buy 11 Konchesky's and Poulsons? Yes we need a clear out but RH isn't the man to do it.

start with the gaffer then work way down with sammy and then the players. All proven to be hopeless.

Raul is a good player so 1 out of 3 is good. Trouble is, he plays him out of possition.

Good point that's reminded me.
WHAT exactly does HE actually do ey? Does anybody actually know or even have an inkling of a clue, 'cus I'm absolutely buggered if I know chief.

Seems to go very red faced and prances around like some sort of demented drugged up beach donkey, but apart from that he appears to be actually totally useless, unless someone can enlighten me of course? whistle

No, it isn't.

You're talking about a very expensive revolution. There's no indication that the manager/director of football has the funds to ditch and replace an entire squad.

Get in a manager that is competent, assess what he wants, raise funds, build. It will be funded improvement not exhorbitant step-change.

We haven't the money unless we sell and even that takes time .......... No one outside a few knows our budget.

7 players may be needed (the costs of getting rid of Roy and Sammy, goalkeeper coach etc. will reduce the player budget BTW) but it's just an empty wish-list until there's money available and NESV WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT fund the current manager to a significant extent.

Emp, freebies/loaners and under £5m buys in January and probably no more than 2 of them. It's a holding pattern til May.

"I don't think there are many players happy with how they played. I put it down to it being a bad day for us

So Mr Hodgson, are you possibly suggesting that some of the players WERE actually quite pleased with how they played?

We need to know, and they need to be the first ones out the bloody door. mad

BTW, will you PLEASE stop saying that it was a "bad day at the office", it's a friggin' football pitch FFS! mad
He is actually starting to get right on my titz now.
