isnt afraid of making bold decisions. Weve gone from a manager, who played gerrard behind torres, or on the right in one season. To a manager who succumbs to gerrards demand that his best position is centre mid.
The next liverpool manager needs to be bold, and drop the likes of gerrard , carragher, and torres, even when they are on form. No player is guaranteed a starting place every week, and it is good for the team and other players at the club that anyone is droppable.
If i was getting an interview to become the manager, 1st thing i would want to address is that no player is bigger than the club. I would also put the idea of getting rid of carragher, gerrard and torres, and starting afresh. Gerrard has to much influence on the park, lucas looked a completely different player to the one weve saw the last few weeks.
gerrard has a negative effect on the rest of his team, his hollywood balls, lack of discipline on the pitch, and his laziness killed us last night. he should be behind torres full stop, not where he demands
