because that's the stupid thing to do. hence why u want to do it.
if they believe roy is a good coach then they give him time to develop his own style and squad. if every manager coming in gets 25m and 6 months to get us into the top 4 then we will have a new manager every 6 months. where as if we leave roy get on with the job we will see the long term benefits .
I'm not one to criticise RH personally but I don't really get how you can possibly know how he can turn things around? You have got to be a fake??? You are far too defensive to be taken seriously. What's your game?
I know it's the past, and we all NEVER go on about the past do we, BUT, Roy Hodgson was in fact voted Premiership manager of the year last season, remember?

That's a remarkably tough riddle to hack, ain't it?
Must be `cause of the devastating away statistics shown, ey?
but who votes the premiership manager of the year? its the other managers ? or the sports writers? It's for me a bit like fairplay award
Its like when your kids and the boy who could never get into the team because he was crap and was never likely to ever play a proper game in his life would get the " most improved player award."
Its like that with this award. Its given to someone who tries really hard but is never going to win a any serious awards.
