Fantastic, why not knock down a player before he's even kicked a ball for us whistle

"blood and thunder of the Premiership" haha!

We`ll need to have patience with the lad. With his injury, I can see Rafa easing him in slowly. Will have a better idea of his Premiership abilities later in the season.

We need to have patience with all new players. Everyone has written off Degen and he hasn't had much of a chance. Degen could be like a new signing if injury free.

I hope he wont have any problems adapting
coz from ROMA to LIVERPOOL
from ROME to LIVERPOOL City..

this guy may not get use to life in Liverpool
and he is injury prone..

as long as he can adapt life at liverpool and injury free i feel
he will be a gd addition for us

Dunk,

Any idea what the transfer fee?

20 million pounds seems unrealistic!!!

yes he looks an exciting player for sure. More attack minded than Xabi. Be interesting to see if Rafa gets him to stay deeper or shuffles things to help Mash.

Still think there's more to come on this Villa speculation too.

im excited about him, im just concerned about his fitness, Rafa wouldnt blow liverpools 2nd highest transfer fee on a guy he hasnt monitered for a long time. Before Xabi alonso came to liverpool he was a no name guy, when he left he left for the madrid. So let give Rafa time to work with the italian boy. Maybe this italian could teach some of our guys a few lessons of mens dressing:) lol

Very true robbie.

recon Aquilani plus a Distan type will be the end of our business.

Hope I'm wrong though.

Come on Rafa - surprise us.

Happy about Aquilani. He's a class player. Very comfortable on the ball, good passer (not as good as Xabi, but who is?!), and he gets forward more than Xabi did. Takes a mean free kick too - he's got a great right foot.
