Yeah id give him a new contract with another team !! LOL some one like Barnet!! he might get a game or at least not be overawed by who is playing around him. Bit unfair on Barnet tho.

i would rather Spearing or Shelvey get given a chance that watch him. I don't think our youth are world class but neither is our first team so why not play them instead, at least their wages will be cheaper.

1. if you were any good you would not be overawed by anybody - FACT...Any quotes to back that up?
2. he never scores - FACT...Neither does Carragher ,but Lucas does for Brazil
3. he cant head a ball - FACT...Neither can Skrtel,quite worrying really
4. He has no pace - FACT..Jan Molby was quite useful
5. does he ever set up a chance/goal? never -FACT..Again watch him play for Brazil

Lucas is just an average player, would be only good for business to keep him a little bit longer, but we can't rely on him to make the difference
