none of the players mentioned this weekend fit the brief set by NESV. The transfer policy as I view it is to seek out and buy high quality youth, therefore through time the value of these players would increase allowing further investment if sold. 28-31yr old players like Wright phillips/elmander/ Cassano/capdevilla are not really targets I suspect as they make no financial sense with no re-sale value.
Hazard/defour/Cevinho/Shawcross far more likely in my view.
