How about pacey players like Babel and Jovanovic to partner Torres up-front in 4-3-3 ahead of Gerrard-Lucas-Meireles? Or maybe even a front 3 including Pacheco and Amoo (after 75 minutes of destroying the club at the foot of the table)? But I guess we'll never know cos there's no way Roy would try any of that.

Nononononononono! Don't come here and ruin our chances of a well deserved draw in an away game! Remember those occasions are very infrequent in Woy's career!

4-5-1 is a very offensive formation! eek

4-3-3???? eek eek eek

What we're thinking of now is how to incorporate Torres in the upcoming outfit against Bottomham Whore Spuds.

Hmmm...

What about a 5-5 formation? That way we can play 5 aside with ourselves on 1 goal. No risk of players crossing the center line by mistake then! And it should also keep that nasty offensive Torres on the right side of the line for once! grin

I thought we already played two banks of 5 in defense? We did against Chelsea and we won that one handily, so obviously it's a powerful tactic. Oh wait, that was a home game. Hmmm. With Gerrard injured we should do the right thing and rest Torres. It's the best way for us to not win by accident; Roy's probably thinking that beating the Spuds would annoy his friend 'Arry, who would otherwise not be competition for the England job. Imagine how many draws he could get in Utopian settings like Basel and Lichtenstein with the England squad?

laugh

Yep!

So can we agree on a 9-1 formation then?

Best way for Woy of getting back to the civilization is losing against Spuds. 'Arry gets the England appointment and Woy can then become the new Spud-boss! GGGrrrreeeaat future ahead for all!

Jingle bells, jingle bells!

One of the biggest reason Mr Benitez had to go was because he thought he was the club and it was all about him and his issues his issues with the board and anyone else instead of just doing his job FOOTBALL . And now he cant cause trouble at inter like he did at liverpool because he will be dismissed sharpish which looks likely

Which is why he left, faz; no one is arguing with you (or emp or reclaim) on this point. He left and it was the right decision for everyone.

But was he replaced by someone worthy?

No.

Roy simply hasn't shown that he's got what it takes; in fact he's shown he definitely does not have what it takes to be the manager of a proud club like LFC. We struggle at home and are clearly not good enough away; that simply isn't good enough for a manager with a squad full of internationals at his disposal.

It's going to end with Dani Pacheco leaving the club. That alone is enough for Roy's short reign to be a disaster. He must think Poulson is a world beater now, cos he played alright against West Ham...*sigh*

So 5 months and 14 league games shows you does it that he's not up to the job, think if you gave every manager that amount of time to turn there Club's around then the Premier League would go through 20 managers as season.

Its Not Just The Results Its The Way We Play and the things he says a utopia to get a result against everton very suprised if we beat spurs why wigan won at spurs newcastle won at everton so why is it that were not expected to get a result at these places we play terrible kick and run football the midfield might as well not exist and there is absolutely no sign of improvement and lets face it if we dont cut ties with him we will become a midtable team anybody fancy carlton cole in a liverpool shirt nah didnt think so
