As far as i know, there are only a couple of player who would improve our team and they are Hazard and Gervinho.

either one of them would be really sweet.

at the moment it would be professional suicide for anyone to sign for liverpool. it would be like coming to live in ireland.

Two players involved in the game are Liverpool standard, but there will have been 20 more who aren't. I wouldn't put money on which of the two groups the players Roy was watching were in.

Nowadays (sadly) ALL the players on that pitch are LFC standard or above that!

Fingers crossed for Hazard, cant see us bein the only club in for him tho, no doubt we will react slow try to get him in the summer and miss any chance there was of signing him.

Gervinho and Hazard make the mouth water. Gervinho scores fantastic goals and likes to take a player on, would be a great foil for Torres. Hazard is just brilliant. Just the two types of player we're lacking. Hopefully Commolli's connections could help.

Hazard alone would cost in excess of 15 million and since about every team in Europe with half a brain is after him, the chances of convincing him that Anfield is the place to ply his trade is slim.

Gervinho on the other hand seem the more likely, and yes he would add a dimension to our game play. The boy's got excellent feet and boy is he quick too. A perfect foil for Torres.
