I like the man and deep down, I'm secretly hoping that he would come back and be the boss at LFC one day.
But it seems that he's kinda losing it even at Inter doesn't it? 5 wins in 13 games isn't exactly good for the squad they have at Inter.
But give me rafa any day over RH. I would like to see a rafa being backed by a proper management instead of having to wheel and deal in the transfer market. His 5 years at anfield wasn't exactly fair on him as he was fighting with dumb and dumber half the time to keep the squad.

in fairness, he has taken over a treble winning side and is fckin them up already. he aint the manager he claims he is, its as simple as that. he can contribute to a club, ive no doubt, but not in a management role.

I think he's been found out Inter as at Valencia the squad was already in place for him to work with and at liverpool Houllier had Built a core of players like Hyypia,Risse,Gerrard,Carragher,Hamman And even Cisse had his day's. Don't get me wrong as Rafa did an ok job but for me he wasted far to much money and was given enough time to have developed young player's to come through. As far as i can see i think we did the right thing in letting him go as the players had lost faith in him as the player's body language was negative toward's him for much of last season. He also had lost the plot as the tactic's and his transfer's were poor such as Glen Johnson for £18m and almost wasted another £18m on Gareth Barry

Raffa will always have a place in the archives at LFC but do think he would have done better if he had better man management skills and got closer to the players, we will never know how he would have fared under the new owners but still feel his distance from players would work against him.

I do think he's taken on a massive task Placing Jose at Inter though and you can also throw in some massive ego's in the dressing room with what is a very old squad.
In hindsight it was probably the wrong time to take the job at Inter. Its just like the next manager of Utd is going to get battered if they dont win the treble in his first season.

It doesn't surprise me in the slightest. All the time he was here he blamed everyone and everything for his failures. He needs to take a good look in the mirror, then he might see the real reason for his current situation.

I was never a Rafa fan, and didn't think he'd last long at Inter, not just because I dont think very highly of him, but because the Inter job right now if a curse for any manager. You have to be winning pretty much anything to keep the fans and board happy, it's virtually impossible.
