I think Woy should be given till May and then we should look to bring a young up and comeing manager like Sanchez of Athletico Madrid.
My main concern is how much money Woy will waste on older players
Like Crouch or a Upson as he doesn't seem to be looking to buld a squad for the long term and this could be finacially damageing.

Roy will be given funds in the Summer so it's pointless to suggest he will be getting replaced, dont people listen to what the owners have been saying, they said it's totaly unacceptable for Roy to be held responsible for the poor start of the season and he will only be judged when he has been given enough time and funds to shape his own team. Now does that sound like a manager who will be getting replaced in the not too distant future to you.

people can hope all they want, Roy according to the owners will be given time and funds and for me thats the right decision. Roy may not be the answer but he still needs to be given the same chance as Houllier and Benitez in funds and time to fail if thats what he is to do. People need to be fair, Ferguson was on the verge of being sacked until the beat Forest in the third round of the Cup and he had spent loads the previous summer and he also came into a Club with rock solid foundations off the field and a settled Club.

God no, I don't want him to be here beyond this season at the very least. His percentage win rate with away games at club level from Bristol City, Blackburn, Fulham and Liverpool is utter crap.
