'Everytime I've seen him play.' Obviously you've not watched him enough then. His passing, dribbling and off-the-ball movement is excellent. You are forgetting the game when Pacheco came on and looked our brightest spark with his pass and move style.
So you'd trust a man who wont even give a talented player like Pacheco a bench place but gives a donkey like Konchesky 1st team starts and is willing to have a no-talent player like Poulson in there too from time to time. Hilarious stuff. And babel is still getting playing time like in the last game even though he should never have played again after his embarrassing performance in the Northampton game, Babel get's playing time, yet Pacheco doesn't. That's Roy logic for you and Naïve people like you believe he must know what he's doing. There's another side to that coin, that he actually doesn't know what he's doing, that much is clear already.
People doing things for a reason and being right are two different things, so stop talking nonsense and equating them. Roy knows more than the under 19 spanish coaches and manager I guess too in your eyes. Poulson and Konchesky are world beaters in disguise worthy of a Liverpool place but Pacheco who's a golden boot winner shouldn't even get a bench place. Pathetic.
When he isn't leaving talented players out and giving lame ducks like Poulson and Konchesky a go, he's alienating players like Johnson with stupid comments and blaming Reina for what was Konchesky's mistake in the media. Rafa wasn't any better, sold off and alienated (Alonso) good players and brought in 2nd rate garbage, so his judgement of ability wasn't great either. And don't give me your usual garbage of Torres, Alonso, Reina. Rafa didn't discover them, they were already top players in La Liga before Rafa even sniffed around them, and anyone who knew anything about world football at the time (you hadn't heard of Alonso as you admitted on shoutbox to me) Torres had been banging goals in for years with 214 appearences, Alonso was already known as a great passer and midfielder, and Reina was already known as being a top keeper for Villarreal. All known quantites and in his own backyard. Still hilarious that you weren't familiar with some of them though as you told me 3 weeks ago on the shoutbox (amongst the insults, changing of the suject and clear lack of debating skills or football knowledge)
Going back to Roy, he is utterly out of his depth with poor man-management skills and nil media savvy. This crackpot has already swopped 2 of our youngsters in a deal for that donkey Konchesky. Roy needs to go before he causes more harm. It's idiots like you who will keep him in his job and have us stay in mediocrity.
