What kind of squad capacity do they have? Compare it to ours - we are far better on every spot!

Wigan have 14 points and only 2 players (N'Zogbia and Rodallega) who would be good enough for LFC. They certainly try playing in a positive manner despite their lack of capability in the squad.

Roy must be trying some paralyzing drugs or something on our players.

yes we've got better squads then those two teams mentioned and im pretty sure you'll see that in the table when 38 games has been played. but those are not the teams we should compare ourselves with.

take a look at city. mancini inherited a team full of potenitial and since he arrived he's splashed out massive amounts of money. but they have still lost against teams like west brom and wolves. that's a manager who deserves all the criticism in the world.

but you can't expect a man to work wonders with a team without any decent fullbacks or wingers and only one good striker.

roy deserves criticism for bringing in poulsen and konchesky, two disastrous buys so far. his team selections and tactics has also been poor in some games and should also get criticised.

all im saying is put it into perspective. this team needs massive reinforcement in january and in the summer and there's not a manager in the world who could guide us to 4th without bringing in a couple of quality players in january.

i honestly don't care if it's roy or someone else who brings in those players but you can't be serious if you believe that this squad is gonna make it without reinforcement.

Honestly I wouldn't give roy any money, wouldn't trust he would put it to good use. Give him till Xmas, if things havent changed then get rid. Remember bulk of this squad were good enough for 2nd in league 2 years ago. Ok we lost Masch and Alonso, But the way we play away doesnt inspire confidence. Seriously would you want roy to have 40 - 50 million to spend? f*** knows who he would buy! At home we kinda have a go , away we r brutal!

alonso was vital to our team. skrtel was injured for most of the season which meant carra played alongside agger or hyppia. we had an injury free aurelio on the left back and arbeloa on the right. then we had riera and yossi who may not be the best of players but they offered us something we're lacking at the moment and that is creativity and width. so there's a big difference in quality compared to 08/09.

Try say this nice as i can stop defending roy and blaming the squard as manager its his job to get best out of his players apart from alonso, arbeloa and mascho this is same fcking team that finished 2 now yes alonso is huge fcking miss but roy had chance to replace mascho and he fcking brought in poulsen.

Fck sake roy is [oops] stop this [oops] about squard squard squard fck sake. There is no way that same dam 11 can play so good against chelsea and so shocking against wigan and stoke its fcking roy he tells the players to go out and sit back why fck is gerrard playing like dm? u think he wants to its fcking roy. fck sake i am so sick of read crap about players and fcking hell how many times did we boat the ball in there air we was playing like sam bolton.

GET REAL roy is fcking weak link

yossi was a very important player during that season.

and as i said earlier poulsen and konschesky has been disatrous buys but it would be interesting to see what he could do with the reported £30m transfer kitty that's available in january. if he gets that wrong then it's time to go.
