No probs! The 30 day time limit was about Roy would be given a full years salary if sacked within the time limit.

Now that we have passed it, he will have to negotiate a new compensation sum if being sacked.

I would like to see/hear his arguments leading up to a compensation higher than the taxi fare out to LJLA!
