In Rafa's reign, I used to bet weekly on LFC to win. Occasionally i would bet on a draw but very reluctantly and probably about 3 times in total over many years- but never have I bet on them to lose. Overall, I made a small profit during Rafa's reign. But now....I am losing money left,right and centre. A measly draw against wigan - i couldn't see that coming after we the last few wins. Blackpool beat them 4-0, Chelsea beat them by 6-0, M.City and Fulham beat them 2-0. And all we could get is 1-1 draw! very disappointing....BUT i'm going to be losing serious Beer money if we don't start winning, and I'm not prepared to bet against LFC losing - just can't bring myself to do it. Has anyone else bet against LFC?

Wigan are starting to improve after there bad start to the season and they beat us and Chelsea at DW Stadium last season so a draw isn't bad.

I haven't but can understand those that do. If you win then you get the satisfaction of winning and are out of pocket fiver or how ever much. If you lose you are gutted by losing but at least you get money to drown your sorrows with

mark lawrenson never seems to bet against lfc on the bbc site for game predictions. I dont bet on footy anymore but i agree liverpool used to be predictable except under souness. I would have bet on a blackpool defeat and a chelsea win and the evertoon defeat, the rest to be honest i would put at 1-1 before every match as I d ont think you can look at one match and say with much confidcence liverpool win, even at anfield, they seem to only do it when the visiting team is missing players. i think you could break more than even betting 1-1 for every game of the season with hodgson

U're funny, mate!! ur fault if u lose money. I dn't see liverpool games worth betting, especially for 1.5 or 1.7 bet. Liverpool are so unpredictable so i bet only wen liverpool is offered at bargain odd and certainly i never bet against LFC. I won against chelsea, now that was a bargain odd. I can't bet against stoke city as LFC will be offered 1.7 or so, it's not worth risking my money for. This week tip go play west ham blackpool draw, don't waste money on liverpool game.

money talks , especially at the moment. I don`t bet but don`t understand the statement that you would never bet against LFC. If you had the chance to win a weeks wages guaranteed and if you could you could eat for a week anyone would bet, if they didn`t they must be fecking thing.!!
Before you start the BS about me not being a true fan I have probably been following LFC longer than most of you have been on the planet.
