If a manager wants to sign older players, then he better pull his act together and make damn GOOD QUALITY signings, not like this one.

Ibrahimovic is soon 29 and would be a good signing. Even Super Pippo Inzaghi at 37 would be interesting in comparison to Poulsen!

I watch alot of spurs lately since they made it into europe but sorry crouch isnt that great. He cant create anything on his own like Torres or other strikers like tevez can and he always relies on other players to serve it up and make it nice and easy for him. I would much rather go for a youngster or Suarez if the owners can make those funds available for us.

Nope. Crouch doesn't fit into our system. We thrive in fast counter attacks and crouch is way too slow for that. Unless of course Roy wants us to revert back to the long ball tactics like wimbledon.

Have to agree with emp on this one, every time I have seen him he fails to impress, I watched the first 30 minutes of Valencias game last night and he was poor. I onlty watched the match to have a look at him and his movement and desire etc.. got fed up and went to bed after a while as he was virtually non existent.

It's said that his relese clause in his new contract will be decresed from 50 to 30 mln pounds...expencive - but not impossible

i think i would rather have Hazard and Turan, I think Mata would cost more than either of them two aswell.
