99% of us hate the style of football he implements on us, we fear we could be beaten be every opponent we come up against, we have lost to sides like blackpool, Northampton at home.

But is it possible with time that he could evolve, see his mistakes and for the sake of his job, try to correct his short comings?

I don't know the answer to this, i don't even have a proper opnion of wether yes its possible or no its not, i was just wondering other peoples opnions were on this.

You could even say its been hard for him so far, not much to gain confidence from apart from are last few games, will his style of play change when he feels more confident in himself and his role at Liverpool?

Hopefully he can as its soul destroying to see us play the way we do at the moment.

TBH I dont think he has much choice but evolve if he wants to remain in the job as short term it might be accepted because we are "rebuilding" but there is no way it can or should be accepted long term at Liverpool.

I hope he does evolve, if he remains in the job, but I dont see much to say he can in all honesty.

Yeah he is like the anthisis of everything NESV have said so far. They want to be inventive with everything at the club and have stated that they will be bold and forward thinking in there strategy where as Roy is firmly stuck in the past with his.

Its not a marriage made in heaven IMO.

no he cant evolve i think henry sees him as a true interim manager, the only way we will succeed with hodgson in charge is if the players ignore him

the worst thing about this is hodgeson has had the best start to his liverpool carrear then houlier and rafa we fans just have not given him a chance
