Can't stand him, and he's been a proper petulant tosser of late, but last night he showed just how good he can be.
You never know what you're going to get from him.

Stevie showed how class he is last night.

But there more important point was the realisation of how far down we have fallen, at home to one of the smaller italian sides who nearly went into liquadation not so long back, and we would have lost was it not for the superior class of our captain who a team like Napoli just don't have the power to contain if he's on form.

Without him in the last 45 i think it would have stayed 1-0, maybe could have got 1-1, or another stupid mistake could have been possible and it could have been 2-0.

We are no longer the force we were, we are a medicore european side that you have to be wary of because we have a couple of class players who can produce magic. It breaks my heart to see ho far we have dropped, from beating madrid 4-1 to losing 1-0 to Napoli if it wern't for 1 man.
