I must say god only knows what Roy says to the players. They all just look confused.. I dont think anyone knows what they are meant to be doing.
He has got a decent group of players playing by far the worst football in the Premiership. Mad that a team of internationals cant even pass a ball.
He as turned us into an Ultra Defensive team that Cant defend. Never seen us so poor at the back while being so utterly [oops] everywhere else.

Look. I'm no footie manager, so I'm not really in a position to be saying what or what not to do out there on the pitch.
In essence though, it must surely be reasonably simple?
You players tell me what position you'd like to play in and then we'll descuss between us what we all think would be best for the team with the available resources, ok, and then we'll see if we can do and accomodate that.
Next, you get out on that pitch, and you give it 100% commitment from the first second.
If i catch any of you slacking whinging whining complaining pulling sulky faces, shrugging shoulders whatbloody ever, YOU ARE GOING ON THE TRANSFER LIST!
