According to reports poulson has been given permission to withdraw on compassionate grounds. Not sure whats happed and feel hope its all okay for him but the guy is awful - this is a good thing. I get the feeling hodgeson has some sort of loyaly towards him. When we signed him he said it was the easiest decision to buy anyone he has ever made - really? I know lucas is garbage also but he is experienced in the prem and is a far better player than poulson.

so glad poulson isnt playing hes like kuyt his 2nd touch is a tackle hes garbage and doesnt warrent a place at liverpool. also still hoping we get a new manager.

id like nothing more than roy suceed but i just dont see the technical ability or the ability to attract top level footballers if he was such a great manager he wouldent of been in scandanavian countries most if his carier. if he doesnt get a win today you can guarantee all the focus will be back on him.
