Um, haven't we already lost to Blackpool at home?
i had a bad feeling about the blackpool game, and was expecting him to say something similar which would have made my blood boil. but luckily we were out classed by them and there was nothing he could do but hold his hands up. erm sorry to take out of context but it was not lucky to be outclassed by blackpool, blackpool are not a 'classy' team , this is how liverpool had begun to lose the plot, we should be steam rollering these teams they only playwell because we fail to impose our style (whichever style that maybe pass and move or hodgson anti football style)Showing character is not enough against teams such as Blackpool, NESV will help us get off the floor those guys won't tolerate hodgsons [oops] for more than 3 mths

minnows like blackpool, meaning... a similar result against a similar team reoccurs pre season and pre match id say he handles the media quite well. i'll be honest and say he has frustrated me with comments after poor performances against lesser sides like sunderland and utretcht claiming "it was a good performance" or we "showed character". i had a bad feeling about the blackpool game, and was expecting him to say something similar which would have made my blood boil. but luckily we were out classed by them and there was nothing he could do but hold his hands up. my main point is though, if we are going to sack him, i want the right manager 100%. i want a winner. someone who has won league titles and major honours in their career and done it on a regular basis. i don't wanna see us give him the boot then be pegged back by another poor appointment like didier deschamps. if the owner signals his intent in the january transfer window then surely with our history and fans we can attract the right calibre of manager This sort of thinking annoys me, he has shown he is a muppet by loosing to blackpool at home (as well as demonstrating he has no tactical nouse in every other game), that's 3 points dropped, so you want to give him a chance to loose another 3, 6, maybe even 9 points for our club? well that is any sort of season we could have had gone down the drain. To deserve time you have to show promise, potential, something to suggest you might be the right man. He has got a very good first 11 playing the worst football in the league. He has to go asap before his ridiculous tactics that obviously cannot work loose us even more points! i cant argue with that

He needs a chance but if it's still going wrong in 4-5 weeks time I can't see this lot letting sentiment get in the way - they want to be winners and sometimes that means taking big decisions. I really hope Roy can turn it around, starting tomorrow!!

In my life i have never seen Liverpool totally outplayed in 14 consecutive games as we have this season. even the 4-1 win against steau buch was really fortunate as the pen was iffy. tactically we are a shambles and anyone who sits and holds his head in his hands during a game is struggling.
players need to fear him and respond asap. the current setup is too cosy and comfortable

I dont think its as bad as that as the problem isn't the squad; accepted, we have one or two 'morons/inept players' and we need a winger and striker. The problems lie elsewhere

we hav a good starting 11, squad is all another case... if u compare out team to other teams, not the current top four
reina, agger, carragher, johson gerrad, cole, kuyt, mereilles, torres -> these are good players
babel, pacheco, srktel, ngog, jova -> are good enough to play good a game or so...
tactically we have been very poor, when we lose the ball, we dont close down the opposition...
roy has to go, if dont climb the table soon enough

he needs to go just because we have new owners wont change hodgsons [oops] tactics hes a liability and the sooner he goes the better we have money now for a good manager not a mid table old [oops] maybe you should direct your opinions at the real culprits which is the players, they are the real sh*thouses who have hid behind the turmoil off the pitch to deflect it away from there own weak performances on the pitch. We need to get shut of them all especialy the main ringleaders Carragher, Gerrard and Torres who have let us down the most when they should of been leading through example.I am just hoping these new owners will sweep clear there new company and get shut of all the badness of the old one otherwise we will still be in the same boat as before with the poison still there
