i laughed earlier when i seen people calling for Ski masks again .... I think you may be right ...

I still can't get my head round this. Hicks is saying that the NESV deal is void as he didn't approve it and it under values the club. That deal was sanctioned by a majority of board members. So what does he do? He selss his shares to Mills Financial without the boards knowledge or say so? I would also assume that he would make a big loss from this deal. So why do it? Is it that HE wants to be the big man and make the decission? Or is it just that hes a fat piggy eyed [oops] who don't know when to give up? Whatever it is it needs to be sorted. Its a farce, a circus and its making us look like a bunch of muppets.

I think they're selling the shares of the US based parent company which the board as we know it have no say. They can then filter the money down to pay RBS and once that's done the 'home team' can be removed and we're screwed

[oops] it, the players should get together and issue a statement to this Mills bunch and tell them "you take over, we go on strike indefinetly!". Then tell them to see how much their investment is worth when the FA drops the club down to League Two or something.

12.58pm: Liverpool co-owner Tom Hicks remains in control of his share of the club and has not sold out to Mill Financial, Press Association Sport reports.


Reports this morning suggested the hedge fund, a branch of Washington-based Springfield Financial, had acquired the Texan's 50% share having already taken ownership of his fellow co-owner George Gillett's half.
However, a UK-based spokesman for Tom Hicks told Press Association Sport Mill Financial had not acquired Hicks' shares.
