if the court is gonna make a decision for tomorrow morning then what is this 1st of November all about?

Hicks lot are saying they have an agreement with RBS till 1st Nov. RBS say no, it's till 15th Oct.

I think the only thing we all know for sure is that this is all going to drag on for ever and ever and ever. We will all be living on Mars long before all this [oops] is sorted out...

so if the court makes a decision tomorrow i am assuming then November 1st will mean nothing then. if we go into administration NESV said they were gonna walk didn't they?

We'll hardly go under administration, its a big risk for our club and the judge should consider that, also he has been well notified by RBS that H&G are no good business, also the debts are a major why we went to courts and LFC board have done nothing wrong despite H&G, i'm pretty optimistic about tomorrow, also my brother is getting married so i could break loose

How can we go into to admin - the club in and of itself is profitable and we have three bidders to buy it and pay off existing loans - how the hell can they put is into admin - it's not going to happen, although I have a sneaking suspicion that the p r i c k s might just win this case.
