Well they did say there was two bids, so he could have been the other one.

He has more money than red sox guy but that is personal wealth, but red sox guy has 16 other backers within NESV which has sh it loads of money.

But its not just the money what makes NESV good its fact they have history with sports team already been proving to be successful with them aka red sox, so clearly they know what there doing.

This is bad news as it strengthens Hicks' legal argument. From the info flying around Hicks was going to court saying that the NESV deal didn't give the best value, however if there is a new bid his argument will be valid.

broughton went with nesv instead of this guy so there's no chance of them changing their minds.

my only concern is if this can affect the court case if it means that hicks could get more money?

i've got a bad feeling about this guy.
