If Hicks/Gillet continue to block or interfere with the potential sale of the club, they risk putting the club into administration. There's only 9 days left FFS before the deadline. RBS could call in their £237 million loan and take control of the club or place it into administration, invoking a 9 point deduction....I hope the Board is working all out, to get the sale through.

Actually, RBS taking over the club is probably the best result for LFC. Having no owner is better than the owners we have.

Also the 9 point deduction will be waived due to this being repossession rather than entering administration. I'm sure Fergie and his cronies will have something to say about that, but it will blow over.

I think what you say makes sense. How's Shanghai? I'm in Hong Kong!

Getting cooler. Grumble. I hate winter. At least in the north of China there is central heating, here we just have to grin and bear it. My daughter and I spent two days in Hong Kong last month - 180 day visa re-entry requirement. Rained the whole time.

It's Kop Holdings will go into administration not LFC......I think!

The darkest moments of our lives are not to be buried and forgotten, rather they are a memory to be called upon for inspiration to remind us of the unrelenting human spirit and our capacity to overcome the intolerable

I read this too - Liverpool will not be deducted points as the club itself is solvent. West Ham was the example given - They're parent company went into administration, but West Ham was solvent so the club was not deducted points - This the same scenario for LFC and it's parent company KOP Holdings

I'll find that article and I'll post it up here shortly
