I am trying to understand Joe Cole emotions.

Shame it must be very hard for him. Look at the poor quality around him (Except Stevie and Fernando). What pathetic passes he recieves. WOW.

He is surrounded by average players, with average passes.

I wonder how he sleeps at night, if he thinks of the quality he gt at chelsea compared to LFC. (I know he wasnt having much game time at chelsea) Take into consideration the passing and touches at chelsea to the ones he gets now.

shame man. He has taken 18 steps backwards.

He probably does wish he'd gone to Tottenham now.

I'm too gutted to even think straight tonight.

he has'nt exactly been a revelation himself.maybe ancelotti knew he did'nt have it anymore.its all very well critisising the ngog, lucas etc but there are a few so called superstars and fans favourites who need to step up to the plate and start doing the business.i know they are not being helped by a poor manager but the fans need to see a few of them willing to bust a gut for them and it ain't happening.

Joe Coles best days are gone I'm afraid. Instead of trying to understand his emotions, try to understand the emotions of the club that signed him.

joe cole has to have good players in and around him because of the type of player he is. especially the players behind him. he is a different type of playmaker then gerrard who would often drag the team back to front with his dynamic box to box running even when playing 'in the hole' were cole is now. cole isnt like that he needs the ball given to him and if he isnt getting the service he looks poor. imagine him with somebody of alonsos passing ability behind him instead of lucas/poulson.
