I know it's only half time but these two should never, ever play for us again. They are absolutely rubbish and lazy to boot.

I will NEVER be persuaded otherwise.

They both lack the intelligence required, but that's not the thing that grates me the most, our movement off the ball (apart from Cole) is utterly abysmal. Hardly anyone moving up the pitch showing themselves for the ball.

Babel's on the left so what do you expect. Get Ngog off for Pacheco so he can play on left then put Babel up front when we can really judge him.

I really don't see the point of judging Babel when he is continually played out of position. He is supposed to be a striker, yet he's currently our third pick, after Torres (who one would want to play in every important game) and N'gog who, despite his weaknesses, leads our scoring charts this season by a country mile and has youth on his side.

I know Roy likes 4-4-2, and I don't think that either Torres or N'gog can play in that formation without significant practice, so wouldn't it be interesting to start Kuyt and Babel as the strike partnership? It even gives us the flexibility to pull one of them for Torres and revert to 4-5-1 (or whatever) at the drop of a hat.

Ngog i thought did well besides his goals. Babel on the other hand was horrible to me. He cannot play on the left anymore because he can't pass defenders and when he did pass them, his crosses were horrendus. I suggest we either put him upfront for a while or don't add him to the teamsheet at all.

i would give Babel more time and a free role, look at Malouda !!
and im ok with n'gog as long as we bring in another striker

Completely lost patience with Babel wish I could be proven wrong but I am a glass 'half-full' when it comes to assessing his worth to the Club at this stage. Ngog on the other hand I am a glass 'half-full' as he does score BUT Maxi I am a glass completely EMPTY as I do not understand how he can play in front just about anyone else - he can't create anything at all and I still can't recall the day that he actually went past another player.

Result was satisfactory but there is still some 'welding' to do with this eleven and especially in the middle of defence.
