I agree. We've been the poorer side this game and yet Roy just leaves it. So like Rafa last season. All those potential match winners on the bench who could absolutely do no worse a job than what's on the pitch.

Sad to say but we must be one of the most negative sides in the league.

Our play is so so disjointed.

That is as [oops] as I saw us play the whole of last season. Roy has already started making excuses for us this season before we've even got going which is unforgiveable for a Liverpool manager.

We played crap the whole game (Reina aside who was the best player on the pitch) and yet stuck with it until 15 mins left before attempting any change. We have virtually nothing going forward. Any cross in is met with defenders and no Liverpool players. Having watched Fulham play exactly like this last season when they came to Anfield, I fear Roy is going to concentrate on not losing rather than trying to win.

We should have got Ian Holloway in, at least we would have been entertained.

really worrying. Babel makes an impact every time he comes on, roy was even saying he will get his chance alond with pacheco but not getting a run in. The 5 live commentators were astonished maxi hadn't been taken off after 50mins and even more so after 90. next week at old trafford is going to be a blast

Oh dear, don't know about you guys but i'm getting fed up of watching liverpool. We have clowns for owners, an average manager, unskillful players.

But lets face facts, nothing will change till we get new owners.

I'm let down by Roy in some respects as he is doing nothing apparantly different to what Rafa did with the team.

Please can we play with wingers for a start

that was such a frustrating game to watch no spark what so ever! so depressing. Jov should of came off he was having a mare kept running into trouble making the wrong decisions i really cant understand why we do not have an out and out winger! all our "wingers" jov, maxi, babel, kuyt and anyone else. all cut inside and we get crowded out! every gd team have wingers why dont we? should have chucked babel or pacheco on for the last 10-15. i thought konchesky done ok. Why isnt gerrard starting from cm? hes so much more effective from there what your guys views im a very frustrated guy!!

Not trying to defend Roy (as I thought he did [oops]), but what wingers do we have in the squad???

I am very disappointed with roy hodgson that football was completely negative. We had nothing on either wing. JAVONOVIC is absolutely useless. I dont want him playing on that left side until he proves himself in the europa before he comes back into our squad. STEPHEN CARR WHO IS A PENSIONER should have had no chance with jokevanovic running at him.Glen when kuyt is out is our best winger soo he should play there.LUCAS SHOULD NEVER PLAY FOR LIVERPOOL AGEN. He takes about ten touches before he past the ball forward but the thing about lucas which i can not understand is that he has not improve 3 years at the club and he got worst.I am shocked and roy keeps on saying earlier days its our fourth game and we still have not put in a good performance.And everyone trashing babel saying it is last chance under rafa he had no chances and roy not giving a chance i am very very worried perform like that against manchester united we will get beatin

ill defend roy he has inherited a team and its gonna take him a while to change the team to how he sees fit. i do agree we need a winger! even more than a striker! ill be more excited if i see a starting line up of:
