just on Talksport,

A dutch journo just said VDV is waiting for OK from prem league to join Spurs. Real Madrid have also just issued a statement saying that they are also waiting for the same thing.
Finally LFC website is back up and running with nothing new, Back to depression lads.

Hahaha Why depression? Just accept your lot and move on... Joe Cole is at least his equal, so why the need for more of the same?

I agree. I would not have liked us to try and sign VDV anyway. He is as slow as Christmas and we need to be getting a few more dynamic players as we lack a bit of pace in the team. Why buy for the sake of it.

Anyway there are many other areas where we need to strengthen like upfront and the wings before we start wasting money, that we obviously dont have much of, on the likes of Van Der Vart.

when poulsen is injured who is going to fill in? lucas will do a decent job for us defensively he covers his full back quite well. van der vaart is a player who's natural position is behind the striker, we have gerrard and cole we don't need him imo
