That way I won't have to read all the repetative 'headless chicken' etc etc ,yawn, durge that some in here will no doubt write about him on this one.

NO he isn't the most technically gifted player... NO he doesn't score many goals...

but hes a Liverpool player and a world cup finalist!! who had a good world cup, and he throws everything he has at every game he plays in a Liverpool shirt.

That surely counts for something, i know ability is more important but to say he is awful is abit to far, he is a "decent" player, if we could get him playing for us the way he played for Holland he will be a "good" player, at the moment we are short of these i dont know if you have noticed like.

Not a world beater but would have him over most of the names we were linked with this summer. I would not have been happy if he had been sold. He is a solid performer who gets goals and assists. What more do you want?

Oh, and he looks like a Goonies character!!

i think he showed for Holland that he is actually a decent player in a system that doesn't involve him playing in defence like he did for rafa ........ he may be a lot of things but he is not a rb
