Diego Foreskin, now that is creativity at it's best my friend.If you add the numbers up we should have plenty of money right now no? (suppose it wasnt u know used to pay debt or wtv and lets just say we DO have the money) I suggest why not go for someone like dzeko or a similar high profile striker to pair up with torres. Aguero perhaps? I know it sounds farfetched but it's just my opinion.

I also think that Gyan (Rennes) or Gervinho( Lille) would fit in nicely too.

were on about signing another 'goal scoring' forward to play with torres then we'll struggle. its very very rare, especially in one season that two strikers for one club will score 20 plus goals. especially in the prem.

I think we should concentrate on signing a different type of forward. somebody that will take some of the pressure of torres. by this i mean work rate, obviously a few goals and one of the opposions centre halfs, meaning torres wont be getting kicked about as much. a big guy would be perfect, somebody that can hold the ball up and bring the likes of gerrard and cole in to play the final ball in for torres to get in behind and use is pace. with a big man u also get a plan b. (the hoof!)

OK having read all these threads it appears everyone wants a British forward but one name that has scored 20ish in the EPL for the last few seasons has not been mentioned, and having done this for a lesser team. He would be worth about the same as Crouch so we could offer Lucas/Babbel and cash. Anyone guess who ?
