as much as i hate the [oops], to say there's no other reason for him to join Man U over Hull/Everton other than money is mind-boggling.

They're the champions of England, the best (in terms of numbers) supported club is world football, permanent fixtures in the Champions League and he'll be hoping to form a partnership with Englands main striker just in time for the World Cup.

I hope it doesn't sound like i'm defending him too much as that's not the intention, believe me, it made me feel ill seeing him wearing that shirt. But I can't believe anyone can think that his reasons for signing for them is ONLY down to money.
