same thing was said about Staunton when he was 21. went on to be one of the best left backs in the league. Insua played too many games last season and lost confidence, still a decent young left back learning his trade. 5mil is good price but not good business for a club who needs to invest in youth to compete.

another season developing would be best and he would be only 22. Clichy has been in and out of the Arsenal side since 2003 and only in the last season looked a good player. patience required me thinks.
